New Feature Alert: Time Stamps & Unique Hash for Signatures!

We’re thrilled to announce our latest feature!

What’s New?

• Time-Signed and Encoded Hash: Each form submission now includes a unique, encrypted hash of the form data. This guarantees the authenticity of signatures.
• Signature Hash Display: The hash will be shown right below the signature field in all form and survey submissions.
• Time Signed and Hash in PDF: Downloaded PDFs will now display the time the signature was made, along with the corresponding hash. This boosts verification and traceability.

New Feature Alert: WhatsApp x Workflow Integration!

We're excited to announce that WhatsApp Delivery Status in Workflows is now live!

Key Features:

• Conditional Steps: Use if/else conditions based on WhatsApp delivery status to dictate the next steps in your workflow.
• Status Hold Toggle: Hold contacts in the workflow until we get the delivery status from Meta, ensuring seamless communication.
• Failover Mechanism: Automatically switch to SMS or Email if a WhatsApp message fails.

Bonus Update:

• Missed Call Text Back for WhatsApp: If a lead's call is missed, they'll get an automatic WhatsApp reply, and the assigned user will be notified to follow up.

• Editable Quantities with Limits: You can enable editing of item quantities by the signer. Additionally, set minimum and maximum limits for these quantities to ensure orders stay within desired ranges.
• Toggle Optional Items: Easily toggle whether an item is optional or required for the signer. This adds a layer of customization, providing each recipient with choices that align with their needs.
• Automatic Assignment & Total Updates: The product list is automatically assigned to the primary recipient, and the total amount is dynamically updated based on the items selected.

Exciting News: Apple Pay & Google Pay Now Enabled on Branded Domain Links!

We're thrilled to announce that our branded domain links now support both Apple Pay and Google Pay! Previously, due to compliance issues, these payment methods were not available on branded links, but we've resolved those issues and are ready to roll!

Enabling this feature is a breeze:

1. Go to your payment settings.
2. Simply check the box to enable Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3. If you've previously tried setting this up, just click the refresh icon to activate it.
