What happens after this promo ends?
If you cancel the Ai features prior to the new year, you will not be billed for any Ai features at all. However, if you do not cancel and choose to keep these amazing Ai features, you will be billed for the plan that you chose during the promo signup.
During the signup process, you will select which plan preference you have if you choose to keep the Ai features after the promo ends at the end of 2024. You can choose either the "Pay Per Usage" plan or the "Unlimited" plan. If you do not cancel prior to the new year, you will automatically be adopted into the plan of your choice.

How do I claim this promotion?
If you are a Connect user already, simply navigate to your Connect Dashboard, then go to " AI Employee Promo" tab and opt-in.
You will be required to select your billing preference for when the promotion ends, by either selecting the Pay Per Usage plan or our new awesome Unlimited plan.
If you choose to cancel the Ai features prior to the end of the year, you will not have any Ai features billing at all.

Will there be any costs during this promotion?
No cost for Ai features at all.

All AI usage fees for the AI features will be waived during this promotion period (11/15/2024 - 12/31/2024). However, the standard nominal LC usage charges will still apply where applicable for phone lines, text, usage, etc. These are standard with all Connect accounts.

What does unlimited mean during the promotion?
We really mean unlimited! We want all businesses to experience and benefit from the power of AI and all of our exciting new features!
However, if abuse is suspected, we may apply a fair use policy capping usage. But this is not expected as we are opening this promotion up to actual businesses who want to try out these features.

Upon signing up, you can choose which default plan you would like to have, should you choose to keep the ✨ AI Digital Staff features after the promotion ends at the end of the year. You can choose "Pay Per Usage" or our brand new & exciting "Unlimited" plan. With this amazing promo, we're also offering $100 off the Unlimited plan every month for the lifetime of your subscription.
The Unlimited ✨ AI Digital Staff plan will normally be $297 per month, but if you sign up during this promotional period (11/15/2024 - 12/31/2024), we are giving you $100 off every single month, so it will only be $197 /mo for unlimited Ai if you decide to keep it and stay on the Unlimited AI plan. You can always switch plans whenever you like, however the Unlimited plan will go up to $297 after the end of 2024 for any new signups or plan switches, so we recommend choosing it upon sign up so you always get the $100 off per month forever!*
