Restaurant Ordering: Updates & Roadmap

We at Web Wisconsin are thrilled to share some fantastic updates and a sneak peek into the future developments for Web Wisconsin’s restaurant online ordering app. Our Restaurant Dev. Team has been working tirelessly to improve your experience and expand our services to meet the evolving needs of our users and partner restaurants.

During the development period 2024, we plan to gradually release in specific countries a POS system for independent restaurants, seamlessly built inside this platform. We will release more details as they will become available. Let us know if this is of special interest to you.

New Features - Recently Released:

• Restaurant order-taking app – automatic redirect to “All orders” tab after accepting an order
  
  
• Daily sales report email for restaurants - revenue breakdown for offline vs. online payments per service type
  
  
• The “Re-engage clients” Autopilot campaign - now uses photos of most sold products
  
  
• Custom delivery form - restaurant owners can make mandatory additional fields (for example: apartment, floor, intercom etc)

Here is also a list of features planned for 2024, that include the new service and will enhance the current online ordering system:

• Apr-Jun 2024 –
  Allow restaurants to accept orders automatically if a supported printer is connected

  Notification from the order-taking app for orders that are automatically accepted
  
  
• Apr-Jun 2024 –
  Dine-in – generate QR codes per table. In addition to tables, expand the ordering capabilities to seats, sun beds, rooms, and a few other options.

  Enhance standard delivery/pickup time for auto-accepted orders with additional parameters
  
  
• Jul-Sep 2024 –
  “Order ready” email sent also for dine-in orders
  
  
• Jul-Sep 2024 –
  Trigger an end-of-day report from the order-taking app and print it
  
  
• Oct-Dec 2024 –
  POS launch - Huge release!!

However, our Restaurant Dev. Team always reserves the right to change the roadmap at any point and introduce other features first, depending on the market, feedback, and some roadmap alterations expressly agreed upon with key partners.
