If the customer using our "Smart Reviews" software leaves a bad review for your business, our system thanks them for that review, privately sends it to you but then squelches the negativity to help ensure that nobody else sees it. Simply put, they won't be offered the ability to automatically re-post it publicly to Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
Best of all, you can set the level that you think is a "bad review". For instance, if you don't want anything less than 5 stars, you can set it to only allow that. If you are OK with an occassional 4 star review, you can tell the system to only allow 4 & 5 star reviews.
You set the star level that you want to showcase! So if you don't want anything less than a 4 star review, it will reflect that. If all you want is 5 star reviews, tell Smart Reviews, and it will oblige.
