Technology updates are included in all of our website plans! That means your account will come with the most up to date tools and software available and will always be updated for the newest online trends as well as hardward & software needs. 

Content updates are included in almost all of our plans. All of your minor updates are included with your marketing package (except Basic). This means a change in your wording, pictures, pricing, etc. is included and done for no additional charge. Major updates such as additional pages being built and coding may need to be charged but all minor updates are completely included in your package.

Rest assured that we have you fully covered and offer speedy turn-around for your updates too. We also include access to “Site Builder”, our Editor software with most of our packages, allowing you free access to update your site at anytime as well. Packages that include Site Builder come with free training, a complete Help Center with step-by-step tutorials and a 24/7 Support Desk as well.

Yes. Most of our packages include an option to upgrade at anytime. We do not charge any extra fees beyond the difference in the package. 

In other words, you can upgrade any at time without paying a penalty fee. You simply pay the difference between the package you’re currently on and the package you want to upgrade to.

Once you sign up, we begin working on your custom layout. It typically takes 1-2 weeks from signup until the Layout stage, when you approve the look you want for your new site. 

Once approved, we move into the Development stage, where we fill in content & coding to design your new Smart Website to maximize your online presence and potential on the search engines. 

The Development stage is the part that can take the most time and you should send all of the content and information that you want us to use right away. Once all of your content is received we put your account in our Work Order Que. The sooner we get information and content from you, the better your chances are to get your site done quicker. We have can complete a Smart website in 2-6 weeks from this stage, depending on work load, complexity of project, client cooperation, etc. 

*Please keep in mind that more advanced builds will take longer based on the needs of the project, cooperation with the business and the busyness of our Work Order Que.

This depends on a lot of things, including what plan you choose and a lot of other intangible factors. The greater the marketing tools in your plan, the more likely your new Smart Website and online presence has that it will be more successful quicker.  

We have had some companies show results as fast as 1-3 weeks for amazing search engine progress, however we do not guarantee such speedy results.

Please keep in mind that some intangible factors may affect the timeline. Some of these include: we are dependent on working with you and your staff in getting everything done in a timely manner. We are also waiting on 3rd party sources such as Google, Apple, Bing, etc. to review and process our claiming and the changes we have made to your online listings and information.

We have 6 phases in our process to get your business & Smart Website online:

Phase 1: Consultation 

This is where you meet with an Account Manager from Web Wisconsin to personally discuss your needs and goals for digital marketing and your online presence. We give you upfront pricing on everything and an estimate for turn-around as well. This is the phase when a deposit is to be made to begin your work order.

Phase 2: LAYOUT 

Our Design Team will create a rough draft layout of your future website's desktop home page. Here you give feedback and approve the layout before we move forward to develop it fully. You may suggest minor changes to your layout as well. If there is a balance due for your design, it is due at this point as we are about to move forward in developing and coding your new Smart Website.

Phase 3: DEVELOPMENT  

This is where the majority of the work and details of designing your new Smart Website is done. We can share a “Content Collection Form” with you to help you share content, images and information with our Design Team.

Phase 4: Final Review 

Taking your new Smart Website on a private test drive, you and your Account Manager are simply making sure everything looks and works correctly. Visit all of the pages on your site to ensure that it is ready for public use. Please make sure to check it on a computer, tablet as well as a smart phone. If all is acceptable, then your new Smart Website is ready to be launched for the public! It is very important for your domains to be registered and/or transferred to Web Wisconsin at this point. 

Phase 5: LAUNCH 

Once approved that your new Smart Website is ready, it will be launched and live for the public to see. We will give you details on how you can promote your site, both on and off the internet. Congratulations! Your new Smart Website is live for the world to see and ready to transform your business!

Phase 6: MARKETING
