Web Wisconsin is currently expanding and accepting applicants for project assistants in our local Columbus, Wisconsin office. Computer & communication skills are necessary. No previous experience required.  Please read through each section before applying:

JOB DESCRIPTION


👩‍💻 THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED    - 

Part-time office & computer work in our Columbus, WI office.


The prospective team member will work from our Columbus, WI office with our local team helping small business owners & restaurants to to increase their customer base and profits through our cutting edge digital services.

Duties shall include: computer work, phone and online communication, developing social media, marketing, graphics, website updates & creative work as well as ensuring that clients support and service needs are met & more.


We will fully train you to use our software and programs and although creativity helps, we do not require any previous experience in website nor graphic design.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE


Web Wisconsin Offers:

• Looking for part-time (could grow to full-time if desired)

• Part-Time: 9 AM - 3 PM, 3-4 days a week 

• Great schedule: No nights, weekends nor Holidays

• Hourly wage plus bonus

• Performance based bonuses (earn more as we grow!)

• Advancement opportunities

• Fun & challenging work environment 


Compensation:

$10 - $13 / hour + Bonus.

(Estimated $11 - $16+ per hour when bonuses are factored in)

The prospective Sales Account Manager will work with local Wisconsin based small business owners & restaurants to help them to increase their customer base and profits through our cutting edge digital services. 


Prospect local business owners in-person, on the phone and online (email, social media, etc.) to set a free consultation (online or in-person meetings). At that meeting, you will show them how we can help them grow their business and increase their profits through our website design & digital marketing services. You also have up-selling and upgrading availability to make even more commission on clients after the initial sale. 


Our office handles almost all support so you can focus on finding, selling and upgrading clients. A Sales Account Manager finds and helps local business owners make more profits for their business!

Compensation: 

We offer 2 options: (1) base salary/draw plus our tiered commission structure, which is aggressively set to help you succeed based on your performance or (2) full commission with a higher compensation percentage. Our commission structure is set for your success. We reward motivated Sales Account Managers who work hard and can be taught to sign up new clients. A Sales Account Manager finds and helps local business owners make more profits for their business! 


1st Year Income Potential: $64,000 - $146,000+
